How Memory Works:

  1. Upload: Your documents go into the system
  2. Index: AI learns what's in each document

Key Insight

The more documents you upload and the more you use the system, the smarter it gets about your specific business. This is the "stickiness" that makes switching costs high—your AI truly knows your business.

Week 2 Homework
